The Faculty of Access & Continuing Education provides a range of access and progression routes for students from all kinds of backgrounds. You can concentrate on your Highers, gain entry to advanced college courses or a degree at university, or gain basic skills to prepare yourself for work. Many of the courses are designed for over 21 year olds who do not have any formal qualifications, but are interested in returning to work or education, whilst others are perfect for school leavers looking for a stepping stone into further education or employment.
Access & Continuing Education also offers courses for students with additional needs, who want to develop their educational and work skills and build their confidence. A range of part-time and full-time programmes are available both in the College and in the community, for students with additional support needs.
