Britain's Best Cities (formerly Best Locations for Business) has provided a barometer of changing employer opinions and attitudes towards major cities and centres in the UK for over a decade.

It is a biennial survey of CEOs and senior executives of major companies located in the biggest cities across the country. The latest survey of over 5,000 business leaders was carried out between August and November 2005 and the results released in March 2006.
