The Edinburgh Art Festival places the visual arts at the heart of August’s international cultural celebrations. It showcases the quality and diversity of work being exhibited within the city. Bringing together over 30 galleries across Edinburgh, it presents the best international, national and Scottish visual arts, from blockbuster exhibitions to grass roots artist-led projects.

The Edinburgh Art Festival is developing into a major international visual art event, presenting a wealth of experiences and new art for visitors to explore.
