Areas of speciality
Through award-winning partnerships with Universities and Community organizations, learning initiatives have been delivered that meet the needs of the local community and economy. For example, with Napier University and NHS Lothian, they enable Care Workers to develop their skills which helps them progress to Nursing degrees – filling an identified skills gap. In another example, the Transition project provides learning opportunities to help students find work or get to college once they’ve moved on from substance dependency. Their Communities section works to break down barriers to learning, providing valuable learning opportunities in situ within areas such as Craigmillar.

Location: Two campuses in Edinburgh and Midlothian.
