Recruitment
Many initiatives are underway across Edinburgh
City Region and Scotland to attract and retain highly skilled
talent. These include Fresh Talent, the Scottish Government
initiative to encourage international graduates from Scottish
universities to live and work in Scotland, and Talent Scotland,
the Scottish Enterprise resource for workers moving to Scotland.
Private and public sector partners support many other generic and
sector specific schemes. Scotland's recruitment industry itself is
highly developed and features a raft of recruitment agencies,
recruitment websites, executive search specialists and advertising
opportunities in print and broadcast at a national and local
level.
