MIPIM 2012

MIPIM is the world’s premier property development trade fair taking place on 6-9 March 2012 and Edinburgh will be attending. MIPIM  provides a unique opportunity for global industry decision-makers to meet, develop long-term relationships, showcase major international property development projects, connect with potential partners and strike deals.

In 2011, MIPIM attracted over 18,500 participants from 90 countries confirming its position as the world’s leading and most influential event for property professionals.

Edinburgh's Stand

The City of Edinburgh will be attending MIPIM 2012 and will be located in the Palais des Festivals, Level 01 on stand 13.08

Situated in a prime location within the Palais, the stand is the ideal location for meetings, business seminars, presentations, networking or just relaxing and enjoying some traditional Edinburgh hospitality.

Edinburgh will be represented at MIPIM 2012 by an experienced team of Economic Development professionals.

ALL of this year's Team Edinburgh have attended MIPIM in the past and are extremely well versed at promoting Edinburgh's investment potential.

Deals concluded at previous MIPIM events include Henderson Global investment and development of  the St James quarter, Deramore Investments with 121/123 Princes Street, ING investments facilitation with 3-8 St Andrew Square development, Primark retail development in Princes Street, New Look retail interest in Princes Street and H-C-Connect investment interest in city centre.

Edinburgh events

The Edinburgh team will be based on Stand 13.08 on Level 01 within the Palais des Festivals and plan to host a number of events focussing on promoting Edinburgh's development opportunities and its unique investor offer, through the use of informative displays, multi-media presentations, promotional literature and representation from the Edinburgh team.
