About Edinburgh Science Triangle

 

Purpose

The Edinburgh Science Triangle is a collaborative partnership, promoting place and community.  The project aims to position Edinburgh city region as a world class science destination, highlighting the strengths and capabilities of one of Europe’s leading science and technology locations and a thriving centre of excellence for knowledge exchange, research and development.

What we do

The Edinburgh Science Triangle brings together the region's highly acclaimed universities and research institutes, science and technology parks, local government authorities and Scottish Enterprise.

The twin economic development objectives of the partnership project are to attract new investment and build a scientific community with unparalleled levels of interaction and knowledge exchange between academic research and industry  

Edinburgh Science Triangle provides a supportive, inclusive community with access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise, resources and facilities, new technologies, quality accommodation and services, business support and networks across the entire scientific spectrum.

The project is supported by Partners and part-funded by European Structural Funds.
