Those lovely people at Edinburgh Airport have been very busy in recent weeks, announcing four new routes, two of which are the first in Scotland. Fantastique news this week, as word came through that the French government have dropped plans to close the French Institute here in Edinburgh. The centre, which employs six full-time staff and hosts everything from language classes to film nights, had been threatened with closure due to financial constraints, but thankfully, it has survived.more... - Saturday 06 February 2010It’s rugby-time this weekend in Edinburgh as the French come to Murrayfield to take us on in the Six Nations.
